How to install and disassemble the rolling bearing of reduce
The assembly system of reducer bearing refers to the connection between the bearing inner ring and the shaft neck, and the connection between the bearing outer ring and the bearing seat.
Generally, the matching of the rolling reduction motor bearing is the inner ring and the shaft are matched by the base hole system. The inner ring has certain tolerance, and the fit between the shaft and the hole can be obtained by changing the tolerance of the shaft. The bearing outer ring and bearing seat are matched by the base shaft system. The outer ring has certain tolerance.
The matching property of the reducer rolling bearing is determined by the magnitude, direction and property of the bearing load. According to the standard, match the nature and the size of the bearing, select the assembly or disassembly process, prepare the tool, carry on the careful operation.
Methods for assembling and disassembling rolling bearing of reducer include:
1. The hammering method
That is to say, the assembly is realized by adding external force to inner ring or outer ring of bearing through copper rod or soft metal sleeve with hammer. This method is suitable for small bearing assembly.
2. Pressure into laws
The bearing is assembled by press machine instead of manual loading.
3. The heating method
Place the bearing in the tank and heat evenly to about 100 degrees Celsius. Install on the shaft immediately after removing. When heating, the bearing should not be placed at the bottom of the tank, should be away from the bottom of the tank 50~70 mm advisable.
The bearing can also be heated by an electric induction heater, but it can never be directly heated and assembled by gas welding.
4. High-pressure oil injection
For large bearing or bearing with taper hole, oil pump is used to inject high pressure oil between mating surfaces to form oil film, so as to reduce friction between mating surfaces. To this end, the shaft to be processed out of the axial oil, oil groove in the shaft neck processing, at the end of the oil inlet should be processed thread, in order to connect with the manual oil pump through the joint.
When assembling the bearing, when the high-pressure oil is injected into the bonding surface, add axial force to push the bearing, and stop the oil supply after it is in place.
5. Remove the bearing with a special tool
It is commonly used to remove the two-leg puller or the tool used for the inner and outer ring of the bearing. It should be noted that in the process of disassembly, the disassembly force should not act on the rolling body, but on the section of the inner and outer ring.
